Shipping & Returns


We offer flat rate standard shipping on orders regardless of amount. If you need the item sooner than 3-5 business days we can provide the shipping but you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated. 

Order Processing

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays. We do not offer Saturday delivery service on Friday's order. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday. We like to enjoy our weekends too. 


We're here to help you look your best! We provide 30 Days(from the purchase date) hassle-free exchanges. Please contact us at for exchange details. If we have your suit size/color/style in stock, we'll ship it the next business day. Otherwise, a refund will be issued. Return shipping is not covered. We recommend returning with any carrier like UPS or FedEx for affordable rates. 


Need to place a return? We will take back any unworn and unaltered items within 30 Days from purchase date. Return shipping is not covered.  All tags, labels, etc. must still be attached and unaltered to receive a full refund. To begin the process of a return please email us at with Order # and "Return" in the subject line. Please give a reason for the return in the body of the email. Eligible returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Steps for Returns

Email Us!

Please email with your order number and "Return" in the subject line with the reason for return in the body of the email. One of our Representatives will reply to you within 24 hours (Weekends and holidays are not included) and will send you the Return Instruction details by email to help you return and refund. 

Ship It!

Please ship the item back to us in its original, unaltered condition with its original tags attached, hanger, and bag within 30 days for a full refund. Return Address will be provided in our Reply to your Return Email. 

  • Leave a copy or the original receipt in the box when returning.
  • The garment must be in an unaltered, original condition with all tags attached.
  • Refund will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the return.
  • No signature required service. Ship standard to the address provided in our reply to your return email. 
  • We are not responsible for incorrect labeling, loss, theft, or destruction of Returned Shipments. 
  • Shipping is Non-Refundable.


We will refund your amount to the original form of payment. Please allow 4-6 business days for a credit to your account. We reserve the right to refund the appropriate amount dependent on the item's condition. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
