2- ARE THESE PRODUCTS COUNTERFEITS?

Absolutely not. All products available on the site are guaranteed, new and authentic.

Peak Styles is an authorized dealer of all brands available on the site.

All products have a manufacturer warranty; if you think there is a default in the manufacturing of a product, contact our customer service at Contact@PeakStyles.us

3- ARE THESE PRODUCTS FROM THE CURRENT SEASON?

Sometimes. The products on the site are styles and colors from previous seasons as well as overstocked suits and sport coats of current, near end, seasons.

4- CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, no. Our orders pass through the system for processing immediately after they are placed and our system simply doesn't allow for changes to be made or cancellations. Be sure to double-check everything before processing your payment!

5- CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No modification can be made (product, size or color) to an order that has been placed. You are able to return (you pay shipping) for a refund as long as all the requirements are made. Check our Returns page for more info.

6- YOU ARE MISSING A COLOR AND/OR SIZE ON PEAKSTYLES.US CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE?

We cannot guarantee we will get the same product in the color or size you are after. The best way to be alerted of new arrivals is to subscribe to our email list.

7- WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal through Shopify Payments.

8- A PRODUCT I BOUGHT YESTERDAY IS CHEAPER TODAY. CAN I BE CREDITED THE DIFFERENCE?

If the price on PeakStyles.us dropped after you placed your order then we will not be able to match the price.

9- A PRODUCT ON PEAKSTYLES.US IS CHEAPER ON ANOTHER SITE. CAN YOU ADJUST YOUR PRICE?

In no case will we adjust our prices based on any competitor. Whether you have already placed an order or are about to, this remains the case.

10- I JUST BOUGHT SOMETHING AND IT IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT DO I DO?

Send an email to contact@PeakStyles.us with all the details of the defective product, and include photos. Customer service will be in touch with you within 48 hours.
